 Job Description 

The Marketing Operations Supervisor supports enterprise revenue and profit growth in Customer Profitability Management, Micro Market Analysis, and Business Planning. They lead investigations, develop action plans, supervise business operations, design strategic plans, and provide improvement recommendations.

Job Responsibilities 

● The job involves conducting Customer Profitability Management analysis, 

● analyzing customer behaviors, and leading action plans to improve profitability. 

● They also conduct Micro Market Analysis to identify revenue opportunities and track events impacting revenue planning. 

● They communicate with the District planning team and support sales operations.

● They use standardized reports to track performance indicators and identify performance gaps for improvement.

Job Qualifications 

● Job requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business, 

● 2 years of relevant experience,

● strong analytical and logical thinking skills, 

● self-motivation, 

● proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and 

● excellent English communication.
