Job Description 

The Technician offers technical customer support, focusing on asset management, problem resolution, training, and innovative solutions for UPS systems, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations and reduce costs.

Job Responsibilities 

● The job involves addressing customer service requests, 

● conducting hardware technology audits,

● managing inventory, 

● performing system builds,

● coordinating solution implementation, and delivering training. 

● The individual communicates with internal users, 

● conducts PC audits, and maintains inventory.

● They also perform system builds, rebuilds, and updates,

● ensuring system functionality and data backups. 

● They collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer objectives and business challenges, and provide troubleshooting for external customers. 

● The individual also exhibits advisory discretion and independent judgment, 

● providing information to decision-makers and analyzing data to make general recommendations.

Job Qualifications 

● Candidates must have a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology,

●  2 years of relevant work experience, 

● in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, 

●strong analytical, organizing, and communication skills.

● Fresh graduates are encouraged.
