As a Info Services Management for the Quality Support Center, you will assist global sites in creating and maintaining change controls and quality risk management programs, ensuring compliance with UPS Healthcare regulations, and communicating concerns to management.
Job Responsibilities
● The role involves developing and implementing a global change control strategy for GxP compliance,
● monitoring compliance against regulatory requirements,
● leading coordination,
● assessing and documenting change controls and risk records,
● following up with stakeholders,
● escalating risks,
● presenting risk assessments,
● making recommendations,
● tracking action plans, and
● providing data and support for quality management system reviews.
Job Qualifications
● Minimum Bachelor's degree with English, electronic Quality Management System,
● Microsoft Office Skills,
● global healthcare regulations skills,
● ISO 9001, ISO 13485 standards experience, and
● 100% office work availability
