Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring high-quality service for both internal and external customers by ensuring accurate data entry, continuous process improvement, and prompt issue resolution.
Job Responsibilities
● The role involves managing communication with clients, carrier brokers, and other offices for customer service and administration.
● It involves processing documentation related to inventory movement, receiving and processing orders, ensuring accurate billing,
● resolving customer concerns,
● maintaining working instructions,
● ensuring compliance with ISO Quality Management procedures,
● assisting with dispatch planning,
● coordinating client KPIs, and
● pursuing continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and service levels.
Job Qualifications
● The job requires 3-4 years of experience in Contract Logistics,
● 2-3 years of customer service, and additional administrative/data entry experience,
● excellent communication,
● strong organizational,
● time management,
● problem-solving, and
● proficiency in computer and keyboarding.
