Job Responsibilities
● The role involves supporting primary sales and operations with customs brokerage customer accounts,
● ensuring revenue retention, providing product expertise, participating in customer meetings,
● managing standard operating procedures,
● advising on supply chain improvement opportunities,
● assisting in meeting client customs brokerage performance goals,
● gathering and sharing customer service best practices,
● reviewing service standards, and providing excellent service to increase customer satisfaction.
● Coordinates with other teams for business and customer review meetings.
Job Qualifications
● The job requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Transportation, and is a
● licensed customs broker.
