Job Description
The Customer Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and distributing communications materials, including customer-facing content and internal briefings. They manage approvals, work with stakeholders, and ensure materials are translated and shared efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
● The key responsibilities include supporting the Customer Communications Supervisor, country teams, and marketing department in producing publications, briefings, and service updates,
● developing content,
● creating customer-facing materials,
● coordinating projects, coordinating translations, and managing budgets.
● They also support internal reporting and meetings as needed.
Job Requirements
● The job requires 3-5 years of experience in PR,
● communications, or marketing, ideally for an international company,
● excellent English language skills,
● strong interpersonal skills,
● ability to craft messaging and visuals,
● PowerPoint design,
● analytical research,
● attention to detail, and a bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing.
