Job Description
The MDO Assistant Manager supports the warehouse management team in directing and overseeing operational processes and procedures along with company objectives and initiatives, including but not limited to receiving, stocking, inventory, and shipping of big and bulky products.
The MDO Assistant Manager provides leadership to warehouse employees to execute company guidelines and directives, while promoting core values and improving operational functions. This includes a heavy focus on member satisfaction, safety, quality and employee relations.
