POSITION: Visual Merchandising Manager
DEPARTMENT: Visual Merchandising
MISSION:
Guarantee high standards of visual merchandising throughout all UK and Ireland stores according to company/corporate guidelines and marketing plans.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for top flagship doors in London, working closely with HO VM on launch installations and post launch management, key support for all the store managers conducting weekly visits.
• Management of the UK & Ireland maintenance budget, working with the VM executive on maintenance reports, supplier send outs and controlling the spend accordingly.
• Working closely with the Purchasing Team on larger maintenance rollout’s, select the supplier offering the best quality to price ratio. Monitor the project pre installation with a good attention to detail. Ensure both project timings and budget are respected.
• Continue to build and grow Simplifield, the VM App. Working closely with the Area Managers and commercial team on usability and capabilities.
• Manage the generic VM POSM budget throughout the year, ensuring the right quantity of POSM is ordered for existing counter and planned refits.
• Manage the day-to-day work of the Field VM intern who looks after lower doors within London, supports with flagship store needs and supports the Field VM team on the management of Simplifield reports and request.
• Manage the Senior Field VM who is responsible for all counters in the North, creating a strong relationship so brand updates, launches and events are looked after.
• Manage the VM Executive who is responsible for all counters in the South and the maintenance budget.
• Management of the VM warehouse ensuring old stock is removed, costs are raised and budget is kept.
• Screen content supplier management, working closely with our suppliers on best practice and new ways of working.
Management:
Manage the day-to-day work of the Field VM intern within HO.Manage the Senior Field VM and VM Executive remotely.

Profile
Previous merchandising experience – 5 years minimum in a similar environment Good knowledge of the cosmetic market (competitors, agencies, retailers…) an advantage
