The Position
As Project Manager, you will support the Novo Nordisk India IT (NNI IT) team in driving strategic initiatives, creating, and maintaining management information about the unit, creating and driving communication plans across, on behalf of NNI IT towards Digital Data and IT (DD&IT) GBS staff supporting NNI. Supporting NNI IT in transitions, preparing transition and reporting materials, managing service performance dashboards and periodic reporting to NNI IT.
You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:
- Collaborate with People managers both in NNI and GBS to ensure smooth delivery of services, lead the discussions and collect and report feedback or delivery activities, performance, upcoming projects frequently, and development of individual and team capabilities aligned with business need and development plans.
- Should work with delivery teams to understand the resource demand forecast and float the requirements towards the right team in GBS.
- Engage right technical panel for the open position to evaluate and enable fulfilment with clear transparency and unbiased.
- Continuously assess the need to outsource or insource for all the delivery that is being handled within the team.
- Should hold overall responsibility for NNI Resource budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, contract documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters with 8 to 10 years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of relevant Project or Account Manager experience.
- 5+ years of stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Result Oriented and change willingness.
- Broad NN-Network and organizational understanding.
- Excellent communication skills in speech and writing.
- Highly proactive and able to take initiative.
- Ability to solve highly complex tasks structured.
About the department
Digital Data & IT GBS (Global Business Service) was established in February 2010 as an integral part of Digital Data & IT in HQ (HeadQuarter). From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 800+ employees till date. The main role of Global IT GBS (Global Business Services) is to 'manage' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management and Vendor Management. You will be a part of DD & IT, GBS Business Support.
