 Job Description 

UPS Capital is a financial services branch that combines UPS's global commerce strategy by accelerating money and goods through supply chains. The UPS Capital Applications Developer supports full systems life cycle management, designing, developing, and supporting insurance and financial applications, collaborating with teams to ensure effective communication and goal achievement.

Job Responsibilities 

● The individual participates in development sprints, resolves integration issues, 

● monitors system performance, 

● maintains applications, 

● documents maintenance, 

● contributes to project plans, 

● tests and fixes components, 

● diagnoses failures, and updates defect logs to monitor system reliability.

Job Qualifications 

● The job requires a U.S. citizen, an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an authorized alien to work in the U.S., 

● currently located in the same geographic location, 

● a Bachelor's Degree, Object Oriented Programming knowledge, intermediate SQL Queries and Stored Procedure Development,

●  proficiency in Unit Testing, application support experience, and 

● knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and Release Management.
