ROLE SUMMARY
The Enterprise Platforms & Security (EP&S) organization delivers the following capabilities for Pfizer. Business application platforms supporting Pfizer’s enterprise application and critical business processes. Infrastructure allowing business traffic to travel where it needs to go, internally and externally, along with the appropriate access controls. EP&S secures Pfizer's most important information assets through world class controls and protections and enables Pfizer's business results by making security an enabler and not a roadblock to achieving business results.

In this role you will be a member of an agile product team responsible for the design, engineering, automation, operationalization, and continuous improvement of products for Email, Messaging and M365 product line used by Pfizer colleagues and contractors around the world.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Comprehensive knowledge of Email, Messaging, Microsoft 365 and related products.
• Partner with cross-functional product teams.
• Experiment with new ideas.
• Guide moderately complex projects.
• Makes decisions and takes appropriate risks to resolve moderately complex problems.
• Participate in audits and help execute remediation plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years' experience in an Information Technology team, or a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to research, develop, and keep abreast of tools, techniques, and process improvements.
• Experience with IT deployments.
• Experience with Cloud and Onprem Email, Email Security Hygiene, Federation, Archive and Discovery Services.
• Practice conducting digital experiments at scale.
• Disciplined in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience in an organization using agile methodologies.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
From time to time, it may be necessary to respond to requests on short notice. These requests may require working during extended hours, weekends and holidays.
Limited (less than 5%) travel may be required.
